Chris Gaehde is a printmaker whose work explores nature and urban landscapes with winding, complex pathways that guide the eye through interesting patterns.
Born in Brookline, MA, in 2000, he studied Studio Art and English at Vassar College discovering a love for drawing and printmaking. After graduating in 2022, he moved to Philadelphia where he continues his practice which explores the relationship between the urban landscape and the natural world. He can be found in Studio 15 at Cherry Street Pier where he is excited to develop his practice and share his work and ideas with the public.
