This delicious concept is from James Beard-nominated chef Dionicio Jimenez, known for the acclaimed Cantina La Martina. La Placita will offer some Puerto Rican chinchoreo favorites and showcase a menu inspired by Puerto Rico at the La Placita trolley.

- Guacabori – green plantain, guacamole, guava balsamic, and farmers’ cheese
- Canoas – whole sweet plantain, ground beef, picadillo, and mozzarella cheese
