The Pizza Box Portrait Party

Join us for a special Portrait Party inspired by resident artist Ed Marion’s Pizza Box Portrait Project that debut at Cherry Street Pier in September.

Whether you’re a professional artist or an amateur, all are welcome to participate in this speed portrait sketching event on Sunday, October 27 at the Pier!

Join fellow artists in this FREE make-and-take portrait exchange. Featuring eight, 15-minute rounds of portrait sketching, participants will pair up to sketch each other and trade portraits. By the end of the afternoon, visitors will walk away with eight one-of-a-kind self-portraits.

Participants are welcome to bring their own sketch pad with removable pages and a large sharpie marker, but sharpies and clipboards will also be available.  #PortraitParty

Free and open to the public.
Dogs on leashes are welcome.
Cherry Street Pier is a smoke and vapor-free zone.
