Chair Affair

Join us for a Chair Affair art exhibition and auction supporting the Philadelphia Furniture Bank April 2 through April 22 at the Pier.

Hosted by Pathways to Housing, the exhibition showcases collaborations among prominent local artists and designers who created original works inspired by the Philadelphia Furniture Bank (PFB). Some of the work features reimagined or repurposed furniture donated by PFB. The PFB provides gently used furniture to individuals and families in crisis.

Visit the Pier for a physically distanced meet-and-greet on April 11 from 1 pm to 3 pm. You’ll have an opportunity to meet Pathways’ staff and see the artist-transformed pieces from the PFB that will help raise funds to furnish more homes this year.

The work will be available to purchase during a virtual silent auction that includes gift certificates and other unique experiences. The auction concludes with a virtual fundraiser celebration on April 22.
