The McCall School’s “Our Voices: Changing the World, One Art Piece at a Time”
Join us for a special student exhibition — Our Voices: Changing the World, One Art Piece at a Time — opening May 14 at Cherry Street Pier.
Middle school students from General George A. McCall School in Society Hill created wonderful art to highlight social topics that impact them and their communities.
With support from their art teacher, Erica Mandell, the students learned about artists who speak up about major issues and social topics that impact their communities and the world through art.
Students created their own works of art on social topics that they chose, celebrating a community or highlighting a problem that they feel needs to change.
