Trick-or-treat, we know what’s neat! It’s time to celebrate Halloween dressed like a pirate, sheep, or something that creeps.
Join us on Saturday, October 30, for a fun, safe kids Halloween party at Cherry Street Pier, spooky masks and all, hosted by resident artist organization Portside Art Center.
Families can participate in physically-distanced Monster Mash Dance Party broadcasted on the Pier’s jumbotron, a special craft, and pumpkin painting featuring pumpkins courtesy of Riverwards Produce.
Timed Tickets
Price: $10 per child; accompanying parents/guardians are free. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Families will be checked in at the door.
- Activities are recommended for children 4 to 12 years old.
- Masks are required inside the Pier. Learn more about our safety enhancements before your visit.
To ensure the safety of our guests and staff, attendees can register for one-hour time slots. Limited capacity during each party time slot. Families must come at the time that they are signed up for; time slots are not interchangeable.

Delaware River Trail Construction: Construction for the exciting Delaware River Trail is happening along Columbus Boulevard. The project is making headway and will result in a stunning multi-use trail that will increase accessibility to the Waterfront. The trail is scheduled for completion in Fall 2021.
