SpArc Services’ Yoga for All Series
Join resident artist organization SpArc Services for yoga classes on select Mondays this fall at the Pier. Free and open to the public.
Classes will guide participants through accessible movement and mindfulness programming that supports both mental and physical well-being. The use of meditation stretches and gentle exercise will help develop a better understanding of our bodies and minds, as well as help increase self-confidence, coping skills, and functional strength and mobility.
Classes will prioritize feeling good, having fun, and learning about yourself.
We will create space for movement to be empowering, enjoyable and individualized. This is a free event. No registration is required.
