(TICKETED) Shibori Workshop hosted by Bonnie MacAllister
Join resident artist Bonnie MacAllister for a Shibori Workshop at Cherry Street Pier on Sunday, January 14 from 1 pm to 3 pm.
Dye a 12” by 50” silk scarf or 16” x 16” cotton scarf using three shibori techniques and natural dyes which will include several of the following: Himalayan rhubarb, chlorophyll, cochineal, quebracho rojo, logwood, lac, and others. Three shibori stations and three different colors are offered. All materials provided.
Classes take place in Studio 16 at the Pier. Register for one on one, as a gift, or bring a group for an occasion.
