Halloween Weekend on the Delaware River Waterfront

Join us for an epic Halloween on the Delaware River Waterfront from October 25 through October 27 at Spruce Street Harbor Park and Cherry Street Pier. All events are free and open to the public, and all ages are welcome.

Friday, October 25:
Halloween Swing Dance, Spruce Street Harbor Park, 6 pm – 10 pm
Dress in costume and learn some dance techniques. Then, free dance the night away.

Saturday, October 26:
Harbor Haunt 2024 Halloween Festival, Spruce Street Harbor Park, 5 pm – 10 pm
Sport your best costume and enjoy beats by DJ Sylo during this scary dance party.

Taste of the Philippines part of the PECO Multicultural Series, Cherry Street Pier, 1 pm – 5 pm
Celebrate Filipino American History Month with fantastic cuisine, entertainment, a marketplace, and more.

Embroidery Drop-In, 1 – 4 p.m. The cost is $25. Register Today.
Enjoy the pier concessions, visit the resident artists, and create original works of art. A guardian must accompany students under 16.

Sunday, October 27:
Free Halloween Party with PopUpPlay, Cherry Street Pier, 2 pm to 5 pm
Dress in your best costume and enjoy free activities and crafts while supplies last.

Botanical Printing: From 2 to 4 p.m., design a cotton kerchief headband using flowers. The cost is $25. Register Today.
Learn fabric design using fresh and dried flowers to create a wearable bandanna, kerchief, or headband. One size.

Take your spooktacular fun to the next level with fantastic food and seasonal drinks at Spruce Street Harbor Park and Cherry Street Pier concessions.
