Reflection: My Daily Meditation Practice by Tigerhorseart (Michael Thomas)
Join us for “Reflection: My Daily Meditation Practice,” featuring works by resident artist Tigerhorseart (Michael Thomas) on display from November 1 through November 29.
This exhibition showcases more than 200 captivating watercolor paintings by resident artist Michael Thomas (Studio 5), who began creating these pieces as an alternative to “doom-scrolling” on his mobile device. Each painting reflects his journal and the evolution of his meditative practice, offering a profound visual journey of mindfulness and self-reflection.
In addition to Thomas’ works, the exhibition will feature three installations by Tyler Lim and Justin Proudly, enhancing the meditative atmosphere. Join us for the opening reception on Friday, November 1, from 5 to 9 p.m., with a specially curated playlist by Martin Khoa of Burnt Pink.
Parking on-site will be limited due to I-95 CAP construction. However, many great ways to access the Waterfront include walking and biking along the Delaware River Trail, rideshare, and public transit.
